Refunds and Returned Payments
Enterprise Clients: How to Issue a Refund
Partnership and Enterprise clients are able to issue full or partial refunds from their admin dashboard. If this feature is enabled on your account, follow the steps below:
- On the left navigation bar, click Reports
- You will be shown the payments report on the Payments tab by default.
- Search for the exact payment in the reporting list (you may need to adjust the time frame and refresh)
- Click the gear icon on the same row of the payment you wish to refund
Note: This feature must be enabled for you to continue.
- Select View/edit in the dropdown menu
- Click Issue a Refund to access refund options
If you are an Enterprise client and this option is not yet activated on your account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request that it be added. Many groups are eligible for this feature, and at your request we can provide you with more details!
