Refunds and Returned Payments
Partnership and Enterprise clients are able to issue full or partial refunds from their admin dashboard. If this feature is enabled on your account, follow the steps below:
- On the left navigation bar, click Reports
You will be shown the payments report on the Payments tab by default.
- Search for the exact payment in the reporting list (you may need to adjust the time frame and refresh)
- Click the gear icon on the same row of the payment you wish to refund
Note: This feature must be enabled for you to continue.
- Select View/edit in the dropdown menu
- Click Issue a Refund to access refund options
If you are an Enterprise client and this option is not yet activated on your account, please contact email@example.com to request that it be added. Many groups are eligible for this feature, and at your request we can provide you with more details!
