Collecting Funds through memberplanet - We're Here To Help
memberplanet is a simple, secure platform for your group to transact payments. When your members make payments like donations, dues, or purchases, memberplanet collects and holds the funds until the transfer period comes to a close. Depending on which transfer option the Group Leader has selected, memberplanet will disperse the fund balance into the Group Bank account each week, month, quarter or year.
*Keep in mind, in order to receive funds you must "select a bank account to deposit funds" into to link when creating forms or donation sites.
Funds are always sent on Wednesdays, but typically take 72 business hours to reach your bank account. The majority of our groups receive their funds on Fridays.
For Direct Deposit Transfers:
The payment period for weekly deposits on memberplanet is from Monday - Sunday.
The payment period for monthly deposits on memberplanet is the beginning of the month to the last day of the month.
The payment period for quarterly deposits on memberplanet is the beginning of the quarter to the last day of the quarter.
The payment period for yearly deposits on memberplanet is the beginning of the year to the last day of the year.
For Check Transfers:
If your preferred method of receiving the donations or payments is a check, you will receive your funds on a monthly basis unless you have specified to hold funds until your organization is ready for funds to be sent out.
For Canadian Banks:
To receive your transfer, you must enter a valid bank account to your group information
