About this Feature:
The following steps will assist you in viewing our key features in the User Portal.
- Home - The home page gives you a summary of group’s activities. You also have the ability to search for groups to join and accept invitations
- Communication/Inbox - These sections allow you to view Emails, Broadcasts (Text Messages), Surveys & Packets sent out from the groups that you are a part of. In the Discussion section, you have the ability to view, create, and reply to different discussion board topics.
- Events - With the Events Tab you can view upcoming or past group events as well as create your own Event(s)
- Payment Requests - Wonder what your groups are charging? Submit your dues or donation requests here! You can also view your payment history, supporter pages and save different payment methods from this page
- Surveys - View and submit your survey responses
- Photos-The Photo Tab displays your photo gallery both personal and group albums. You can also create a new album and upload photos.
- Discussions - Participate in group discussions or create your own post to submit to the rest of the group members
- Packets - Fill out any form packets that your administrators are requesting. These are commonly used by school PTAs and Greek Organizations.
- Reports - Look at any payment requests, payment history, donation campaigns that you are supporting or edit your saved payment methods
- My Profile - View & edit your personal information on file. Fill out any custom fields required by your group
- Privacy Settings - Select which information to share with others
- Profile page - Tells us about yourself! Add a profile picture, your contact info, social media links & more
- Payment Info - Add or Remove credit card/e-check payment methods for recurring or upcoming payments
