To create a list sign-up form:
- Log onto MemberPlanet
- Create a distribution list and save.
- Hover over "Members" in the navigation menu and then click "Add a list sign-up form"
- Give your form a name and select the distribution list(s) you want to allow members/contacts to sign up for.
- Click Next
- Customize your page by selecting colors, adding a banner, and/or adding additional fields to your form. When finished click "Save & publish now)
If you'd like to share the link, you can do so by copying the form url, sending an email, or by creating a button that you can share in your emails or website.
