Your invitation may be the first time your members are hearing about MemberPlanet, so it's a good idea to explain a bit about what the system is and how your group will be using it. Sending custom email invitations to your members is quick, easy, and adds a personal touch. Seeing your logo and learning a bit more about your plans for the online group will make your members much more comfortable and willing to "join" and create accounts
- Log into your group on MemberPlanet
- Click "Members" on the main navigation menu
- Click "Send invitations" from the sub-navigation menu
- Select who you would like to send the email to by selecting the designated checkbox
- Next, click in the subject line area to edit the text
- Lastly, click in the area above the "Join Now" button to customize this area with text, images, and links that you wish to include. When finished, click Save to close
- When you are ready for the invitation to go out, click "Send now"
