You can view the status of all QuickPay charges as well as the status for members' individual QuickPays.
- Click "Invoices" on the navigation menu
- Click "Manage QuickPay charges" from the sub-navigation menu
- Use the gear icon to select "View billed members"
- You can also access this information by clicking the tab "billed members"
Use the filters to search a specific member by name, charge, or status (open/closed/declined)
- If you have multiple charges for your group you can filter which charge you're looking at using the drop-down filter above the "email" column
Use the gear icon to the right to cancel the charge for a specific member
- open: member has not paid
- Closed: member has paid, or the charge has been manually closed by group leader
- Declined: member has chosen to decline the charge
