You may have some "mandatory" charges that all members must pay. While you cannot compel a member to make a payment, you can remove any ambiguity by removing the option to "decline" a payment.
By default, payers will always see a "decline" option with their QuickPay charges. You can choose to hide the "decline" button in order to keep the charge "open" for any member who has not paid ("closed") the charge. This is a good option for priority charges.
- Create your charge or access your charge's admin page
- Select "Edit more charge settings (partial payments, auto-assign, decline button)"
- Click "Hide" decline button
- Click Save
