Send out reminder emails to members who have not yet paid their QuickPay charge. Members will be taken directly to their personal charge from the email. You will automatically see the option to send an email when you create a new charge, this option is for subsequent reminders to all members who still haven't paid.
Follow these steps to send an email notification:
- Access your existing charge's admin page
- Click "Send a reminder"
- Customize your email settings
- Note: Email will be sent to ALL members who still have not paid the charge
- If you'd like to exclude members who have received a previous email notification about this charge please use the option "schedule an email about this charge" on your admin page
- Customize your subject line and body text by hovering the mouse over fields
- Save and Close
