You may decide to remove a QuickPay charge from all members. This will not affect the data or payments of members who have already paid the charge, but it will remove the charge from members who have not yet responded.
- Click "Invoices"
- Click "Manage QuickPay charges"
- Use the gear to the right of your charge to select "Close Charge (all members)"
You can also schedule a charge to close at a future date
- Use the gear icon to select "Edit charge"
- Adjust the "Close date" to your preferred date. (You can also adjust the "Bill date" if you'd like the charge to activate at a later time)
- Click "Save & Close"
