You can easily view the status of charges for individual members at any time.
Follow these steps to view QuickPay reporting:
- Click "Invoices" on the navigation menu
- Click "Manage QuickPay charges" from the sub-navigation menu
- Click "Billed Members"
- Use the "filter by" drop down menu to select which charge to view, if you have multiple
- Use the Search bar to search for a member
- Use the "open" drop down to filter for all "open" charges (unpaid), "closed" (paid) and "declined" (unpaid, not planning to pay)
Note: You can view QuickPay payments as they come in by clicking "Reports" on the navigation menu
Note: You can also access this information for specific members under their "activity" in the member database.
- Click Members
- Click Member Database
- Click Member Details under the gear menu?next to the member's name
- Click the "Activity" tab
- Click "QuickPay charges"
