Whether your membership payments/dues are charged monthly, quarterly, or annually, you may want to send reminder emails about the upcoming charge so members aren't shocked when they see a transaction from "MemberPlanet" on their bank statement.
Follow these steps to customize your billing notification emails:
- Click "Membership" on the navigation menu
- If you already created a membership level, use the gear icon to the far right of the level to select "edit". If you are creating a new paid membership level follow the instructions to create a new level HERE
- Look for the section labeled "Reminders"
- Click "edit" adjacent to the "14 day" reminder
Click Save & Close
Repeat for the 3-day reminder email and the renewal date email
- Replace "14" with another number if you'd like to change when the email is sent
- Un-check the "send to group leader" box if you do not want reminders also sent to group leader(s)
- Un-check the "send reminder email to member" if you would like to cancel this auto-email for all members at this level
- Hover over the subject line to customize
- Hover over the body of the email to customize
