Basic memberplanet accounts are always free, but many groups choose to purchase subscription upgrades to enhance their email communication volume as well as to save on payment processing rates. Subscription payments are charged on a monthly or annual basis and paid directly to memberplanet in exchange for the following service enhancements:
The site fee is a small surcharge deducted from all payments collected on the system. Purchasing a subscription can significantly reduce this fee and is a great way to save on high volume processing.
This small convenience fee is also deducted from payments collected on the system and covers the cost of processing echecks as well as all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
*The site fee plus the processing fee comprise the total per-payment transaction cost.
The total cost of using memberplanet will vary by group based on activity. It includes site fees and processing fees (applicable only for groups processing payments) plus monthly or annual subscription fees (applicable only if purchased).
