Partnership clients and established clients are able to issue full or partial refunds from their admin dashboard. If enabled on your account (read below for details), follow the steps below:
- Click reports
- Search for the exact payment in the reporting list (you may have to adjust the calendar window and refresh)
- Click the gear icon adjacent to the payment
- Click "view/edit"
- Click "issue a refund" to access refund options
If this option is not yet activated on your account please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request it be added. Many groups are eligible for this feature, at your request we can provide you with more details!
