How To Update Your Payment Method

You can change your payment to any accepted method whenever you’d like with no penalty or extra costs.

  1. Login to your memberplanet account
  2. Select Payment Info from the left-hand navigation bar
  3. Click on New Payment Method



  1. Choose your new payment method
  2. Enter the details of the new method
  3. Click the Make This My Primary Payment Method box



  1. Click Save & Close to complete the process

How to Renew Your Membership

You can renew your group membership at any time during your membership period.

  1. Login to your memberplanet account
  2. Click on Renew Early next to the group that you're renewing



  1. Enter your payment information, then click Pay Now
  2. Click Save & Close when complete 


How To Change Your Membership Level

If you wish to adjust your member level to a higher or lower level, complete the following steps.

  1. Log in to your memberplanet account
  2. Scroll down the left-hand navigation bar, click on My Groups
  3. Select the group you want to change levels in
  4. Click Change Member Levels



  1. Your current member level will say Selected beside it, click Choose beside the level you want to move to



  1. If you select a paid level, you'll automatically be taken to enter your payment information, then click Pay Now to complete the process
  2. If no payment is required for the level, click Done

How to Update your Email Preferences

Updating your email preferences for groups you are a member of can be completed at any time within your member profile or within the footer of any email you have received from your group.


To update your preferences within your member profile:

  1. Login to your memberplanet account
  2. Scroll down the left-hand navigation bar, click on Privacy Settings




  1. In the drop down menu, select the option for Email Preferences
    • Options to re-subscribe/unsubscribe can be toggled for one or all groups your are a member of.


Note: If you are still not receiving emails after changing your preferences, you may need to check your settings within your email provider. Make sure that the email senders, and instances from the spam list are marked as not spam, as well as whitelist those within your email provider. 

Sometimes with email providers removal of listed spam emails can take a day to take affect with email providers. But they will want to reach out to their email provider to check to see if they have a waiting period.

How to Cancel Your Group Membership

If you no longer wish to be a part of a particular group, complete the following steps to cancel your membership to that group.

  1. Log in to your memberplanet account
  2. Next to the group name you're canceling, click on Renew Early



  1. Select Cancel My Member Level from the renew screen




  1. Click Cancel Member Level on the pop-up screen to complete the process



Note: This will only cancel your membership to the selected group. You will still have access to your memberplanet account profile.
